The room was clean and warm, but there were some serious issues. I called the desk about a noise disturbance from next door, and they said it was probably the layout of the hotel causing all this racket. Just ridiculous.

It definitely wasn’t cheap, but for the price, you think you'd get better.

my stay at days inn was fantastic! the breakfast had plenty of options, including waffles and fresh fruit. the location was perfect, surrounded by restaurants and close to everything i needed. the morning manager was very friendly and added to my great experience. the room was comfortable and had a nice fridge too!

This place suits me perfectly! I love the free Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, and tv. The staff was super friendly and helped me find my lost barrette. I’m definitely coming back for a new year!

My family stayed in a Queen Room with Two Queen Beds, and overall, the beds were comfy and the pillows were nice. The room felt clean, which was a plus. There were some paint chips here and there, but if you can overlook that, it was a decent spot. We did get helped out when I showed up a day early, so that was nice too.

i recently stayed at this hotel and found the staff to be friendly and accommodating. my previous stays in cedar falls were nice, but this place truly exceeded my expectations during a romantic trip. the beds were comfortable, and the wifi was reliable, making for a pleasant experience.

During my stay at Days Inn By Wyndham Cedar Falls- University Plaza, I appreciated the comfortable room equipped with a nice fridge, which made it easy to store snacks. The location near restaurants was also very convenient for my needs.

More seating in breakfast area would be helpful.

The room was dusty and needed cleaning, with tile and sheetrock debris scattered around. The heater failed to work properly, requiring the front desk to provide a portable unit, which was an unusual solution. The microwave caused a power outage when used, though we were able to stay in our room rather than relocate. Despite the issues, the sheets were clean, and the staff attempted to assist us, but I left feeling quite dissatisfied with my experience.

I loved the comfy beds with plenty of pillows! 🛏️ However, the cleanliness left something to be desired, with dust everywhere. I hope they improve that soon!
